Refunds MONO-KROM Gallery

The refund procedure will take 6 working days from the arrival of the item(s) at the store. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging to expedite the process.

Credit Card / Apple Pay
Orders paid by credit card or Apple Pay will be refunded to the original card used during checkout. The refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement; this may change depending on banks and credit providers. Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
