Welcome to Our Shipping & Delivery Guide
We carefully pack and ship your order from our studio in Leipzig, Germany, using trusted carriers like DHL, UPS, and Deutsche Post. Our goal is to make sure your item reaches you safely, quickly, and reliably—wherever you are in the world.
Good to Know Before You Order
We deliver to over 54 countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to reach out to us. We’ll do our best to arrange shipping for you personally.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and such orders will unfortunately be cancelled.
Important Note on Shipping Restrictions
Due to international transport regulations, we cannot ship perfumes, room fragrances, or other alcohol-based products to destinations outside the European Union. These items are clearly labeled on our website.
If such a product is part of your order and the delivery address is outside the EU, we will contact you and remove the restricted item before shipping. You will be refunded accordingly.

Here’s a quick overview of our shipping costs and estimated delivery times. All shipping costs are shown in EUR (€) and include handling & packaging.
Germany
- Standard – Deutsche Post / UPS Standard – 5,00 € – 1–3 business days.
- Express – DHL Express / UPS Express Saver – 10,00 € – usually next day.
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over 99,00 €.
Europe (EU)
- Standard – UPS Standard – 10,00 € – 2–5 business days.
- Express – UPS Express Saver – 15,00 € – 2–3 business days.
- DHL Express – 20,00 € – 1–2 business days.
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over 499,00 €.
Europe 2 + United Kingdom
- Standard – UPS Standard – 15,00 € – 2–5 business days.
- Express – UPS Express Saver – 25,00 € – 2–3 business days.
- DHL Economy – 35,00 € – 2–5 business days.

Special Shipping: Ukraine
- Standard – MEEST POST / NOVA POST – 10,00 € – approx. 6–16 days.
We recommend setting up a NOVA POST account or providing a local branch number to ensure smooth delivery.
Special Shipping: Russian Federation
- Premium – Deutsche Post International – 38,00 € – approx. 10–16 days.
Important: Please enter your address in Latin characters only. If this is not possible, we may have to cancel your order. Due to current limitations, delivery delays may occur.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
As soon as your order is on the way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please note: tracking details will update within 1 business day of dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
If taxes and duties are not included at checkout, we ship on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means local customs may charge duties or taxes upon arrival. These fees are at the customer’s expense.
What If My Parcel Is Late or Lost?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 6 days or your parcel hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks, please reach out to us:

Claims will be processed with the shipping provider. Refunds are only possible once the investigation is completed, which may take up to 1 month.
Returns & Refunds
Not the perfect fit? No problem. You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, simply return your order and place a new one. This helps avoid delays and customs complications.
Return Costs & Method
Returns must be shipped at the customer's own expense and must be insured and trackable. You are free to choose the shipping carrier that suits you best. If you prefer to return your order using our DHL or UPS account, please contact us in advance. In this case, a fixed fee will apply, and the amount will be deducted from your refund as follows:
- Germany – 5,00 €
- Europe – 15,00 €
- Rest of the World – calculated individually
To request return shipping via our account, send us a message with your order number and confirm your agreement with the fee deduction.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
- Fragrances, swimwear, underwear & socks are final sale.
- Returns from outside the EU: only via Express Courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx).
- All duties & customs on returns are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
