What is MONO-KROM Gallery?
MONO-KROM Gallery is an independent concept store for curated avant-garde menswear, footwear, jewelry and accessories based in Leipzig, Germany. Our selection focuses on distinctive design, unconventional silhouettes, progressive materials and independent designer labels from around the world.
Which designer labels do you carry?

Does MONO-KROM Gallery have a physical store?
Yes. MONO-KROM Gallery has a physical store at Berliner Straße 1, 04105 Leipzig, Germany, where you can discover and try on our collections in person. Visit us for personal advice on sizing, fits, materials, individual pieces and our designer labels.
Are the items sold authentic?
Yes. MONO-KROM Gallery is an official retailer of the designer labels offered in our regular collections. All new products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the respective brands or their authorized distribution partners. Clearly identified second-hand pieces are excluded, as these originate from the owner's private collection.
It’s difficult for me to determine my size. Can you help me?
Yes. For almost all products, we provide detailed size guides with measurements in centimeters and inches, including information on how each measurement is taken. If you need additional help with sizing or fit, please contact us by phone at (+49) 341 900 3 9000 or by email at help@mono-krom.com.
How can I find the right product for me?
Our product pages include detailed descriptions, measurements, size information, material details and high-resolution images to help you make an informed choice. Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes or cancellations may be possible as long as your order has not yet entered the shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
How can I cancel my order?
Depending on the current status of your order, cancellation of individual items or the entire order may still be possible. Please send your cancellation request as soon as possible to help@mono-krom.com.
Which payment methods are available at MONO-KROM Gallery?

How can I return my items?
You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Read our Shipping & Returns information.
How does the return process work?
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure all returned items meet our return requirements. Direct exchanges are not available, so a different size or product must be placed as a new order. Full return instructions are available on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I get my money back after a return?
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 6 working days after the returned items reach us. Read more about refunds.
Where can I have my order delivered?
MONO-KROM Gallery ships internationally to private and business addresses in supported destinations. Delivery to PO boxes and freight forwarding addresses is not available. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed during checkout.
