Welcome to Our Shipping & Delivery Guide

We carefully pack and ship your order from our studio in Leipzig, Germany using trusted carriers such as DHL and Deutsche Post. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely, reliably and as quickly as possible.

Good to Know Before You Order

We currently deliver to more than 54 countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will try to arrange shipping individually.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Orders containing PO Box addresses may be cancelled.

Important Note on Shipping Restrictions

Due to international air transport regulations, we are unable to ship perfumes, fragrances or alcohol-based products to destinations outside the European Union.

If such an item is included in an international order, we will contact you before shipment and remove the restricted item from the order. The corresponding amount will be refunded.

Delivery Zones & Rates

All shipping costs include handling and packaging. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on customs procedures and destination.

Germany

  • DHL Standard – 5 € – 1–3 business days
  • DHL Express – 10 € – usually next business day
  • Free standard shipping on orders over 99 €

Europe (EU)

  • DHL Economy – 15 € – 1–5 business days
  • DHL Express – 20 € – 1–3 business days
  • Free economy shipping on orders over 499 €

Europe 2 + United Kingdom (Non-EU Europe)

  • DHL Economy – 18 € – 2–5 business days
  • DHL Express – 25 € – 1–3 business days
  • Free economy shipping on orders over 499 €

North America

  • DHL Express – 45 € – 2–6 business days
  • Free express shipping on orders over 999 €

Worldwide

  • DHL Express – 45 € – 2–8 business days
  • Free express shipping on orders over 999 €

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking link.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union we ship on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.

This means import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees may be charged by the destination country and must be paid by the customer.

This includes local sales tax in countries such as the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom.

Delivery to a Designated Safe Place (DHL)

If you have authorised a designated safe place (Ablageort) directly with DHL or another carrier, delivery will be carried out according to the carrier’s terms.

Once the parcel has been placed at the authorised location and marked as delivered by the carrier, delivery is considered completed.

Please note that the risk of loss or theft after delivery to a designated safe place lies with the recipient.

Incorrect Address, Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or if the shipment is refused or not collected in time, the shipment will be returned to us by the carrier.

In such cases the order will be treated as a customer-initiated return and original shipping costs and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

If the customer requests reshipment, a new shipping fee will apply.

What If My Parcel Is Late or Lost?

If tracking has not updated for more than 6 days or the parcel has not arrived within 3 weeks, please contact us:

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping provider. Refunds can only be processed after the carrier has completed the investigation, which may take up to 30 days.

Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or product, please return your order and place a new one.

Return Costs

  • Germany – 5 €
  • Europe (EU) – 15 €
  • Europe 2 + UK – 18 €
  • Rest of the World – return shipping depends on destination

Returns must be shipped insured and trackable.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging and tags must be included.
  • Fragrances, underwear, socks and swimwear are final sale.
  • Returns from outside the EU must be declared as Returned Goods.

Cancellation Rights

As a private consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it—no explanation required.
