Welcome to Our Shipping & Delivery Guide

We carefully pack and ship your order from our studio in Leipzig, Germany using trusted carriers such as DHL and Deutsche Post. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely, reliably and as quickly as possible.

Good to Know Before You Order

We currently deliver to more than 54 countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will try to arrange shipping individually.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Orders containing PO Box addresses may be cancelled.

Important Note on Shipping Restrictions

Due to international air transport regulations, we are unable to ship perfumes, fragrances or alcohol-based products to destinations outside the European Union.

If such an item is included in an international order, we will contact you before shipment and remove the restricted item from the order. The corresponding amount will be refunded.

Delivery Zones & Rates

All shipping costs include handling and packaging. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on customs procedures and destination.

Germany

  • DHL Standard – 5 € – 1–3 business days
  • DHL Express – 10 € – usually next business day
  • Free standard shipping on orders over 99 €

Europe (EU)

  • DHL Economy – 15 € – 1–5 business days
  • DHL Express – 20 € – 1–3 business days
  • Free economy shipping on orders over 499 €

Europe 2 + United Kingdom (Non-EU Europe)

  • DHL Economy – 18 € – 2–5 business days
  • DHL Express – 25 € – 1–3 business days
  • Free economy shipping on orders over 499 €

North America

  • DHL Express – 45 € – 2–4 business days
  • Free express shipping on orders over 999 €

Worldwide

  • DHL Express – 45 € – 2–6 business days
  • Free express shipping on orders over 999 €

Special Shipping: Ukraine

  • Standard – MEEST POST / NOVA POST – 10,00 € – approx. 6–16 business days.

We recommend creating a NOVA POST customer account or providing a local branch number to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to local infrastructure conditions and customs procedures.

Special Shipping: Russian Federation

  • Premium – Deutsche Post International – 38,00 € – approx. 10–16 business days.

Important: Shipping is only possible if the delivery address is provided in Latin characters.

Due to current geopolitical and logistical limitations, delays may occur. Tracking updates may also be slower than usual.

If delivery is not possible due to customs restrictions or local carrier limitations, the shipment may be returned to sender. In such cases, any incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

For destinations outside the European Union, shipments are generally sent via DHL Express only. This ensures faster customs clearance, reliable delivery and reduces administrative effort and return risks.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking link.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union we ship on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.

Import duties, local taxes or customs clearance fees may be charged by the destination country and must be paid by the customer.

This includes local sales tax in countries such as the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom.

Delivery to a Designated Safe Place (Carrier Authorisation)

If you have authorised a designated safe place (Ablageort) directly with the carrier, delivery will be completed according to the carrier’s terms.

Please note that the risk of loss or theft after delivery lies with the recipient.

Incorrect Address, Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, refusal or non-collection will be returned to us.

Such cases are treated as customer-initiated returns. Original shipping costs and return transport fees will be deducted from the refund.

If reshipment is requested, a new shipping fee will apply.

What If My Parcel Is Late or Lost?

If tracking has not updated for more than 6 days or the parcel has not arrived within 3 weeks, please contact us:

Refunds can only be processed after the carrier has completed the investigation. This may take up to 30 days.

Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If you prefer, we can arrange the return shipment for you. In this case, the applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or product, please return your order and place a new one.

Return Costs

  • Germany – 5 €
  • Europe (EU) – 15 €
  • Europe 2 + UK – 18 €
  • Rest of the World – return shipping depends on destination

Returns must always be shipped insured and trackable.

For returns from countries outside the European Union, we strongly recommend using an express carrier such as DHL Express, UPS or FedEx. This helps avoid customs delays, administrative costs or failed return deliveries.

If a return shipment is refused by customs, returned to sender or not successfully delivered, a refund cannot be processed.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging and tags must be included.
  • If returned items show signs of use beyond normal inspection, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Fragrances, underwear, socks and swimwear are final sale.
  • Returns from outside the EU must be declared as Returned Goods.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after successful return inspection.

Cancellation Rights

As a private consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
